Leadership is the quality for not only to inspire the goals of the followers but also to direct when there is in critical conditions. As we understand that leadership is the combination of processs and property,  the way of influencing such as process of influencing the subordinates by supporting them through the process to achieve their desired goals. On the other hand, it is the inborn quality of an individual that is attributed for getting success through followers. Slocum and Hellriegel (1982) define leadership as the continuous process of influencing the followers. They discovered that the desire to follow by a follower to the leader is necessary and leader cannot force the follower to follow their path in the organisation. Great leaders are the person who is admired by subordinates who they are dealing with. Leadership is the quality of mild skill that avoiding the aggressiveness or strict command by anyone. Transformational leadership style has their own four dimensions that include Idealized Influence (II), Individual Consideration (IC), Intellectual Stimulation (IS) and inspirational Motivation (IM) that are elaborated as under.

Under idealized influence (II) dimension of transformational leadership, leaders provide vision, mission and faith and also inspire subordinates about objectives of organization. This is the quality of leadership makes leader a role model for their followers.

Individual consideration (IC) is the quality of leadership that inspires the follower for coaching and training of subordinates and stimulates them for getting experiences. In this model leader pays attention at individual level s that Followers are confident in their work when they are directed individually. Leaders act as coach for whole team who train them for achieving desire goals and objectives of the company.

Intellectual simulation (IS) is the transformational leadership that motivate followers and make them to be a creative thinker and become a good decision maker. They focus on reasons behind every action. Transformational leader always direct their followers to find the solution of problems in logical manner rather than in traditional approach. This situation makes subordinates to be more creative, critical and logical.

Inspirational motivation (IM) Leader motivate the followers by letting them to accept challenges and also act as model for them, that inspire for achieving goal effectively. Transformational leadership enables leader to explain the meanings of challenges that have to face and motivate them

According to Shamir et al. (1993), shamir find the effect of charismatic leadership on motivation that is based on self-concept theory. Actually, all the observations are based on previous studies which authors make three prepositions and then find results by applying results. Findings of the study show that motivation can be achieved through informal roles and other social activities among the peers.

According to (Kane & Tremble,2000) , theory of transformational leadership is very important in field of leadership and many studies show that there is positive relationship of transformational leadership and other dependent variable like employee’s satisfaction, commitment, motivation and performance of the employees.

In some phenomenon, changing environment is more important than making leadership. Organizational  strategies are used  to  revitalize and transform leadership  to adopt in  the competitive challenges that have started interest in researchers  regarding  studies  related  to  transformational  Leadership.  Transformational Leadership is very useful and appropriate for identification of new opportunities and also for development of appropriate competences in the organizations. Northhouse (2001) has suggested that the Transformational Leadership help achieve higher performance outcomes and also exceeds expectations from an organization.

According to Elkins and Keller (2003),the leaders who can transformed effectively as great innovation are defined as great leaders .Transformational leaders use their inspirational powers such as inspirational motivation and their intellect such as intellectual stimulation to employ the members of the organization in innovation activities towards the desired goals.

According to (Senge,1990) Learning through reflection is about finding the creative solution and  understanding of current reality situation  and a aspect of desirable practice .Most of the follower or employee of the organisation expose such a practise  but it not  actually occur. Transformational leadership (Schuster, 1994; Sofarelli &Brown, 1998; Trofino, 1995) similarly, the literature’s studies found out that but this can be realized within the largely transactional management that influence the organisation.

I am currently working under united technologies corporation with three business entities in various leadership positions in different entities to help us realize transformational leadership. By collaborating with different countries and cultures to exchange knowledge and experiences though transformational leadership approach must maintain within organisation to unify in order to eliminates unnecessary arguments and conflicts.
